摘要
研究连铸机结晶器钢液面结壳问题,从保护渣隔热保温性能、水口使用状态、塞棒氩气流量以及浇注温度和拉速等主要方面进行分析研究,找出造成液面结壳的原因,采取相应的措施,有效地解决了结壳问题。
This paper is committed on the issue of incrustation behavior of liquid surface in mold of CC machine. We concentrate on the following factors that mainly affect this issue: the heat insulating property of powder, the servicing state of nozzle, argon flux through stopper, casting temperature & drawing speed and so on, then we find out the reason for incrustation of the liquid surface, take corresponding measures, thus, solve the problem effectively.
