连铸机结晶器液面结壳研究

RESEARCH ON INCRUSTATION BEHAVIOR OF LIQUID SURFACE IN MOLD OF CC MACHINE

研究连铸机结晶器钢液面结壳问题，从保护渣隔热保温性能、水口使用状态、塞棒氩气流量以及浇注温度和拉速等主要方面进行分析研究，找出造成液面结壳的原因，采取相应的措施，有效地解决了结壳问题。

This paper is committed on the issue of incrustation behavior of liquid surface in mold of CC machine. We concentrate on the following factors that mainly affect this issue： the heat insulating property of powder, the servicing state of nozzle, argon flux through stopper, casting temperature ＆ drawing speed and so on, then we find out the reason for incrustation of the liquid surface, take corresponding measures, thus, solve the problem effectively.
