摘要
高炉煤气发热低,燃烧不稳定,在烘烤装置上增设热交换器后,利用烟气所带余热对空、煤气进行预热,使高炉煤气实际燃烧温度从1022℃提高至1205~1292℃,满足了炼钢生产需要。
There heat of BF gas is lower and the combustion of it is unstable, after install heat exchanger on the oven device and make use of the remaining heat of smoke preheating air and gas, the temperature of BF gas will rise from 1 022 ℃ to 1 205 - 1 292 ℃, this will meet the need of the production of steel.
