调节性T细胞与辅助性T细胞比例失衡在溃疡性结肠炎发病机制中的作用
摘要
溃疡性结肠炎（ulcerativecolitis，UC）是反复发作的以腹痛、腹泻、黏液脓血便为主要表现的炎症性肠病。目前普遍认为UC的发病机制与多种因素有关，其中免疫调节异常是UC研究最活跃的领域。既往研究认为辅助性T细胞1（Thelper，Th1）和Th2细胞亚群失平衡在UC的发病机制中起重要作用，但随着研究的深入，UC在某些状况下并不能用单一的Th1／Th2细胞的模式解释。
