32层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像在心肌桥-壁冠状动脉诊断中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的初步探讨32层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像对心肌桥-壁冠状动脉诊断的临床应用价值。方法采用GE Light-Speed Pro32多层螺旋CT机对172例临床怀疑冠心病患者进行螺旋CT冠状动脉成像检查,并对影像数据进行回顾性分析。结果 172例患者中发现42例45处存在MB-MCA(发现率为24.4%),平均长度为(12.7±5.4)mm;浅表型34处(占75.6%),深厚型11处(占24.4%);近心端发现粥样斑块18处,远心端发现粥样斑块4处。结论 32层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像可准确诊断心肌桥-壁冠状动脉,为临床诊疗及手术提供有力的依据。 Objective To preliminarily study the clinical value of 32-slice spiral CT coronary angiography for diagnosis of myocardial bridge and mural coronary artery. Methods All 172 patients with suspected coronary artery disease were carried out coronary spiral CT imaging by using GE LightSpeed Pro32 multi-slice spiral CT machine, and image data were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of the 172 patients, 45 existing MB-MCA in 42 cases were found (detection rate was 24.4%) and the average length was (12.7±5.4)mm; There were 34 cases of superficial type (75.6%) and 11 cases of deep type (24.4%); 18 cases of atherosclerotic plaques were found in proximal end and 4 cases were found in distal end. Conclusion 32-slice spiral CT coronary angiography can accurately diagnose myocardial bridge-mural coronary artery and provide a strong basis for clinical treatment and surgery.
