目的提高对新生儿肺透明膜病的X线和CT影像学诊断的认识。方法选择临床确诊、X线平片表现典型和CT诊断59例新生儿肺透明膜病患者进行分析。结果胸片显示的网格状、颗粒状、两肺野透亮度减低和支气管充气征为本病典型征象。结论新生儿肺透明膜病的X线及CT征象具有一定特征,影像检查结合胎龄及出生史等对本病的诊断分级、发现并发症、预后及评估疗效具有极其重要价值。

Objective To improve the hyaline membrane disease in X-ray and CT imaging diagnosis of awareness. Methods Clinical diagnosis, X-ray and CT diagnostic performance of a typical analysis of 59 cases. Results The chest radiograph showed the grid-like, granular, through the brightness of the two lower lung field and the typical disease-based air bronchogram sign. Conclusion The neonatal pulmonary hyaline membrane disease in X-ray and CT signs have certain characteristics,image,etc. with gestational age and birth history of the sub-polar diagnosis of the disease and found that complications, prognosis and assess the efficacy of an extremely important value.
