摘要 基于三维造型软件Pro/ENGINEER对直齿圆柱齿轮参数化数学模型的建立,通过利用Pro/ENGINEER与ANSYS Workbench的无缝连接接口,将齿轮数学模型导入到有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench中。在ANSYS Workbench环境下设置齿轮的工况对齿轮进行接触分析,再设定齿轮的材料属性及材料的S-N曲线,对齿轮接触疲劳寿命进行分析,获取齿轮在此工况下的接触疲劳寿命,对齿轮寿命有合理的预测。 The parametric mathematical model of a spur gear is established based on the three-dimensional modeling software Pro/ENGINEER,and using the seamless connection interface of Pro/ENGINEER and ANSYS Workbench,the gear model is imported into finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench.In the ANSYS Workbench Environment the contact analysis of gear is completed under the conditions,and then set the material of the gears and the material S-N curve to get gear contact fatigue life and predict the life of gear reasonably in this condition.
