The technological characteristics of the piston-pump turner are analyzed.The process of forming in bimetal and structural technology of the steel billet are determined.For smelt requirements of Bronze of the roughcast,preheating of the die,technological parameters of the forming,the binding surface quality and the forming characteristics of squeeze-casting and so on are introduced systermatically.
