瓜尔胶在造纸湿部的应用研究

Study on the Application of Guar Gum in Papermaking Wet End

该文阐述了瓜尔胶的特性,比较了进口和国产瓜尔胶的性能,研究了国产瓜尔胶在造纸湿部的应用情况。结果表明,进口与国产的阳离子瓜尔胶均具有明显的助留助滤效果;浆内添加阳离子瓜尔胶能提高成纸的结构性能、机械强度和表面性能。

This paper described the characteristics of guar gum,compared the performance of imported and domestic guar gum,and studied the application of domestic guar gum in the wet end of paper machine.The results indicated that guar gum including both imported and domestic one could remarkably enhance retention and drainage.Adding the guar gum in pulp could improve the structure and properties,mechanical strength and surface properties of paper.
