Advantages and disadvantages of problem-based learning in TCM education

中医学理论及辨证论治的思维方式、传统师承教育以及中医学课程的联系紧密,是中医学教育开展PBL的优势;而中医学与西医学在思想阐述方式、医学文化及东西方教育传统的差异,也使中医学教育开展PBL面临困难。强化PBL的中医特色、PBL与传统教学法结合及创新评价方式,是中医学教育开展PBL的关键。

The advantages of carrying out problem-based learning（PBL） in TCM education are embodied in TCM theory,thinking way of syndrome differentiation and treatment,traditional master-apprentice education and closed relationship among TCM curricula.The differences,however,in ideological expression mode,medical culture and educational tradition between Chinese and Western medicine are problems faced by TCM education in carrying out PBL.It will be the key point to strengthen TCM characteristics in PBL,integrate PBL and traditional teaching methods and innovate education mode.
