摘要
针对以往中医诊断技能训练课程中学生技能训练不足现状,重点介绍技能实训教学改革中如何强化学生诊断技能的培训,如何按照教学规律,将训练拆分为不同阶段,每个阶段老师与学生怎样形成互动,以及怎样进行模拟临床训练等课程内容。在课程结束时我们采用教师考核和学生自我评价2种双向、客观的评价方法,对教学改革进行评价。总结出本次改革课程在提高学生中医四诊和辨证技能上优于传统方法。并从学生和教师等多角度分析这次中医诊断技能培训课程存在的问题与经验,为今后的中医诊断技能培训教学改革提供参考。
The paper introduced how to strengthen the training of diagnostic skill in students in the reform of skill training,how to divide the practice training into stages according to teaching laws,how to have interactive activities between teachers and students in every stage,and how to simulate clinical practice.After the curriculum was finished,the examination by teachers and self-assessment by students were applied to evaluate the reform.The results showed that the reformed teaching method was better than traditional teaching method in improving the skills of TCM four examinations and syndrome differentiation.The problems and experience were analysed in the paper from the aspects of teachers and students.
