摘要
运用案例教学法对2009级中医实验班与传统教学法的同级普通班的学生成绩进行比较,观察初评中医诊断案例教学法的教学效果。得出实验班试卷与病案的平均成绩、成绩等级、优秀、优良率均好于普通班,说明实验班学生对病案的分析能力有显著提高,对中医基础理论与中医诊断学知识的理解明显深入,并建立了较系统的中医辨证思维。
The case teaching method was used in TCM innovation experimental class of 2009,and the students' performances were compared with those in the ordinary class with traditional teaching method.The teaching effect of the case teaching method used in Chinese diagnosis curriculum was observed and evaluated,and the results showed that the average achievement,achievement grades,rate of excellent grade and rate of good grade of test papers and cases were all higher in the TCM innovation experimental class than those in the ordinary class.The students in the TCM innovation experimental class had improved ability of case analysis,deepened cognition on TCM basic theory and knowledge of traditional Chinese diagnosis,and systematic TCM syndrome differentiation thinking.
