摘要
本文着重对技术方案综合效果的定量评价方法进行了讨论,并提出了新的评价模型。在模型中,设计了指标权重、不均衡系数等参数来反映有关因素对方案效果的影响程度。利用这些参数,可以使我们有效地对所有替代方案进行比较选优。
The article emphatically discusses the quantitative method on evaluating the comprehensive effort of a technical project, and puts forward a new evaluation model. In the model, the parameters,including weight aud unbalanced coefficient,are designed to reflect the affection level of the related factors in the project, Using these parameter, all alternative projects can effectively be compared, and the best one can be selected.
