Numerical and Experimental Research Into a Compressor Radial Inlet Flow

摘要 对某压气机侧向进气道进行了实验和数值模拟研究,实验探讨了进气道出口的壁面静压分布和流场中的总压损失情况。数值模拟结果与实验结果吻合良好,验证了数值模拟的可靠性。借助数值模拟手段,对侧向进气道流场的流动细节进行了分析和探讨,结果表明,由于几何结构的原因,进气道出口不可避免地存在不均匀性,经过收缩段的整流作用,不均匀性有所改善。本文给出的出口畸变形式对多级压气机的气动设计和三维流动分析有一定的指导意义。 The flows in a compressor radial inlet are investigated in this paper.Static pressure and total pressure loss in the radial inlet are studied experimentally and numerically.Numerical results agree well with experiments',more flow details are then investigated numerically.Distortion exists at the exit of the radial inlet because of a 90-degree turning in the flow direction.The contraction at the outlet attenuate the distortion to some degree.The radial inlet is used widely and the distortion pattern shown in the present paper should guide to a more practical 3-D flow analysis and multi-stage compressor design.
