茶多酚对窒息大鼠心肺复苏后远期存活及神经功能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的 观察茶多酚对窒息大鼠心肺复苏后远期存活及神经功能的影响.方法 健康雄性SD(Sprague-Dawley)大鼠32只,经呼气末夹闭气管插管诱导窒息性心脏骤停,8 min后给予胸外心脏按压及机械通气.按压1 min时给予肾上腺素0.04 mg/kg,恢复自主循环的大鼠经静脉即刻随机给予盐水(n=16)或茶多酚(10 mg/kg,n=16),观察自主循环恢复后72 h内复苏大鼠的存活时间及进行神经缺失评分.结果 茶多酚组存活时间显著长于盐水组[(44.88±20.58)h vs(29.38±18.01)h,P〈0.05],且72 h内神经缺失评分好于盐水组.结论 茶多酚可显著延长窒息大鼠心肺复苏后的远期存活时间,减轻复苏后神经功能损伤程度. Objective To investigate the effects of tea polyphenols on the long - term survival and neurological function in asphyxial rat models. Methods In thirty - two male Sprague - Dawley rats, asphyxial cardiac arrest was induced with asphyxia by clamping the tracheal tubes, and CPR and mechanical ventilation was started at the end of 8 -min asphyxiation. Epinephrine (0.04 mg/kg) was administered at 1 min of CPR. The animals were transvenously treated with either saline ( Sal - group, n = 16 ) or 10 mg/kg tea polyphenols randomly ( Tea - group, n = 16 ) following restoration of spontaneous circulation (ROSC). The survival time and neurological deficit score (NDS)were observed in the rats within 3 days after ROSC. Results Survival time was longer in Tea - group than in Sal - group [ (44.88 ± 20.58 ) h vs (29.38 ± 18.01 ) h, P 〈 0.05 ], and NDS was better in Tea - group than in Sal - group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Tea polyphenols reduces the damage of neurological function as well as prolongs survival time in asphyxial rat models.
