摘要
采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)测定了南亚热带干热多日照河谷(E1)和北亚热带湿热少日照河谷(E2)两类生态型区的金冠苹果7种器官内源激素IAA、GA、ZR、ABA含量和不同生长时期叶片各激素的含量变化。结果表明,E2型区苹果茎尖和叶片IAA、GA、ZR含量,幼叶和芽的GA含量以及伸长中的茎、幼叶、叶、根的ZR含量均显著高于E1型区,而各器官ABA含量则显著低于E1。两类生态型区苹果的生长结果状况也呈现相应的变化。
The contents of endogenous IAA,GA,ZR,ABA in seven organs and the content variation of four hormones in leaves of Golden Delicious apples on two ecotype conditions,southern subtropic dry warm and more sunshine river valley(ecotype Ⅰ)and northern subtropic wet hot and less sunshine river valley(ecotype Ⅱ),were determined by ELISA.The results showed that the IAA,GA,ZR contents in shoot tips and leaves on the ecotype Ⅱ were significantly higher respectively than those on the ecotype Ⅰ.Furthermore the GA contents of young leaves,buds and the ZR contents of stretching stems,young leaves,leaves and roots on the ecotype Ⅱ were significantly higher than those on the ecotype Ⅰ respectively.But the ABA contents in every organ of the ecotype Ⅱ were significantly lower than those on the ecotype Ⅰ.The ABA contents of leaves in the stage of shoot growing on the ecotype Ⅱ were lower than those on the ecotype Ⅰ.So the growth and fruiting in two ecotype areas was correspondingly different.
