植物生长调节剂对石斛生长的影响

The Effect of Different Plant Growth Regulators on Growth of Dendrobium Nobile

用ＧＡ３、６ＢＡ、ＮＡＡ和ＰＰ３３３在石斛分蘖期前１０ｄ浸根２ｈ，结果表明：６ＢＡ、ＮＡＡ、ＰＰ３３３匀可增加有效分蘖数，其中以６ＢＡ１０ｍｇ／Ｌ处理最显著；ＧＡ３处理抑制分蘖，但可促进珠芽发生；ＮＡＡ处理对珠芽的发生无影响；ＰＰ３３３抑制生长，可提高石斛品种的观赏价值。

The effect of four plant growth regulators on the growth of Dendrobium nobile Lindl.was studied by two hours’rootsoaking treatment ten days before the tillering at different concentrations.The results showed that the treatment with 6 BA,NAA and PP 333 ,especially with 10mg/L 6 BA,can obviously increase the effective tillering rate of D.nobile. Although GA 3 inhibited the tillering,it can promote the developement of beadbud.The beadbud is less sensitive to NAA treatment.Proper concentration of PP 333 can increase the ornamental value of D.nobile .
