重型设备及其浮囊入水冲击仿真与试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 重型设备及其浮囊入水冲击问题是一个非线性的多态耦合问题,运用非线性有限元方法对该问题进行了仿真计算,同时通过相应试验验证了该仿真模型的准确性。验证后的模型可用于重型设备及其浮囊入水冲击最不利工况的计算,从而可计算出浮囊系统强度检测试验力的大小。通过该仿真计算可以节约昂贵的试验成本,并且为今后浮囊系统的优化设计提供了前提基础。 The water entry of the heavy instrument with flotation airbags is a nonlinear problem about multiphase interaction.The simulation for this problem was finished by using nonlinear finite element method.Meanwhile,the simulation results were verified by the experiment results.The numerical results are in a good agreement with the experimental results.The simulation for the worst case can be done by using the verified FEM model.So the forces in the strength test of the flotation airbag system can be obtained after the simulation.Doing this simulation will reduce the high experiment cost and provide feasible basis for the optimal design of the flotation airbag system.
