摘要
概述了当前医疗废物的常用处置方法。针对其中常见的回转窑式焚烧工艺从进料装置、窑体、二燃室、急冷塔、废气净化系统等方面具体阐述优化方法和改进方案,并结合某型25 t/d回转窑式医疗废物焚烧炉烟气排放实测结果进行分析。数据表明,焚烧系统运行稳定,各项常规指标及二恶英浓度均低于国标限值。
The common methods of medical waste disposal is summarized.Based on rotary kiln incineration system,the optimization methods and improvement ways in adding device,rotary kiln,secondary combustion chamber,rapid cooling tower and waste gas purification system are put forward and the flue gas monitoring results of 25 t/d of rotary kiln incineration system is used to analyze the effects of the optimization methods.The results show that the incineration system operates smoothly and all the values of routine index and dioxins concentration are lower than the regulatory thresholds of the national standards.
