摘要
分析综采工作面撤架期间发火的主要原因,确定撤架期间防火的关键技术,即控制工作面风流大小和保证工作面风流稳定,减少漏风,从而控制自燃"三带"的分布。同时对上下隅角等重点区域采取注凝胶、注防火剂等措施,从根本上确保撤架期间工作面的安全,辅以其他安全措施并加强监测监控,保证支架的安全收作。
This paper analyzes the main reasons of spontaneous combustion during removing support in fully-mechanized face,to determine the key techniques of fire prevention,that is,to control and ensure airflow in face and reduce air leakage so as to control distribution of spontaneous combustion"three Zones ".Meanwhile measures of injected gel and inject fireproof agent in corners over and below and other key regions are applied.Those all ensure security of working face during removing support.Other safety measures are also applied to strengthen monitoring and control and to ensure the security of supports.
