摘要
输电线路通过金具与杆塔连接,线路受力直接传递到金具上,因此,金具可以反映线路的受力。基于这一原理,提出通过金具表面应变变化监测输电线路受力破坏情况。利用输电线路模拟试验台进行应变试验,应变片分别黏贴在金具不同部位,通过对线路施加载荷,测量应变信号。结果表明,金具某些部位应变变化与受力之间成线性关系,适合作为检测信号以监测输电线路受力状态。同时还设计了输电线路受外力破坏应变监测方案。
Transmission lines is connected with towers by the fitting,which is stressed directly to the fitting,therefore,the fitting can reflect the stress of the line.Based on this principle,the paper proposes to monitor transmission line stress destruction situation through the fitting surface strain change.The transmission line simulation test bed is applied to conduct the strain experiment and the strain gauge is separately pasted on the different parts of the fitting to measure the strain signal through imposing load on the line.The results indicate that it shows linear relationship between the strain change of the fitting and the stress and the strain could monitor the transmission line stress condition as the detection signal.Meanwhile the stress change monitoring programs of the transmission line failure by the external force is also designed.
