摘要
为提高系统的整体安全性,需要首先实现人的本质安全化。在考虑系统元素间以及元素和系统环境间的和谐交互作用的基础上,建立了系统安全度模型,对本质安全人进行了定义,明确了构建途径。在确立人员本质安全度评价项目并建立好BP神经网络预测模型后,采用MATLAB对测试数据进行了编程计算,数据的期望输出值和仿真输出值吻合较好,为系统本质安全人的构建及人员本质安全度评价提供了有效途径。
In order to improve the holistic safety of system,the inherent safety of human is the most principal thing.On the basis of considering the harmonious alternating function in system elements and between element and system environment,the system safety degree model is set up,the inherent safety human is defined and the construction ways are made clear.After making sure the appraise items of inherent safety human and setting up the BP nerve network forecast model, the MATLAB is used to do the program computation of test data and the expected output data matches well with the simulation data,providing a useful method for the constituting of inherent safety human and safety degree assessment.
