Based on HSE checking and supervising management information system in Guangzhou Petrochemical Company,the article analyzes its effects and limitations and builds up a new system that has the functions of risk assessment and forecast,using the method of risk assessment.It also provides the improving ways and handling methods for the system.And it provides the reference frame for the petroleum chemical enterprises to develop and improve HSE checking and supervising management information system.
