摘要
以苹果花粉为试材,结果证明,不同品种(富士、新红星)对Ca、B的反映不同。较低浓度的Ca、B有利于花粉萌发与花粉管生长,二者具明显的交互作用。
The apple pollens were used in this experiment. The results indicated that the response of two cultivars Fuji and Starkrimson to Ca and B was different. Lower concentrations of Ca and B were favorable to pollen germination and pollen tube growth, and the interaction of Ca and B on pollen germination and pollen tube growth was obvious.
