Influence of Different Concentration of Hormone and Antibiotic on the Virus - free Tube Seedlings of Potato

采用组织培养方法对马铃薯脱毒进行不同浓度KT、IBA试验,结果表明,KT0.1+IBA0.3浓度时,试管苗长势最好。

The virus - free seedlings of potato were treated with different concentration of KT, IBA and their mixture. The results showed that the seedlings grew well on MS medium with KT0.1mg/L+IBA0.3mg/L.
