摘要
利用乙醇-水混合溶剂循环提取银杏叶中银杏黄酮。通过实验对提取工艺的条件进行了优化:提取溶剂为70%的乙醇,提取温度65℃,固液比为1∶5,提取遍数为3遍。对银杏黄酮精制工艺进行了研究,实验确定了使用D101大孔树脂,上柱液调pH值为5,乙醇解析可得到含量为24%的精制银杏黄酮。
Flavonoids were extracted from Ginkgo leaf circularly by using component solvent of ethanol water.Extraction conditions were optimized through the experiments.Extraction solvent: ethanol 70%;extraction temperature 65℃;solid-liquid ratio 1∶5;number of extraction times: 3.The experiment studies the refining technique of Ginkgo flavonoids;it determines using D101 macroporous resin,the fluid column should be adjusted to pH 5,resolved by ethonal and refined Ginkgo flavonoids 24% can be obtained.
