有机膨润土的制备及其在6-硝废水处理中的应用 被引量:4

Preparation of organobentonite and its application in 6-nitro-1,2-naphthoxydiazole-4-sulfonic acid wastewater treatment

摘要 以CTMAB为改性剂制备有机膨润土,并用改性后的膨润土吸附6-硝废水。膨润土改性条件为:液固体积(mL)质量(g)比6∶1,pH值为1,反应温度为60℃,反应时间为1 h进行酸活化;将上述酸活化的膨润土按膨润土阳离子交换容量的100%加入CTMAB,反应时间为80 min得到有机膨润土;6-硝废水吸附条件为:取上述有机膨润土按5%的量加入1,2,4-酸废水中,不需调节pH值,室温下吸附1 h,COD去除率可达到75%,有机膨润土的饱和吸附量可达到500 mg/g。XRD数据说明通过改性后,膨润土的层间距有所增大。红外分析表明改性剂和膨润土之间没有键合作用,只是物理吸附。有机元素分析结果表明,膨润土改性后碳、氮、氢含量均增大。 An organobentonite was prepared using CTMAB as a modifier for the treatment of 6-nitro-1,2-naphthoxydiazole-4-sulfonic acid wastewater.Its modification conditions were as follows: liquid-solid volume/mass ratio of 6∶ 1,pH value of 1,reaction temperature of 60 ℃,and reaction time of 1 h for acid activation treatment.The acid activated bentonite was then added into CTMAB according to the dosage of 100% CEC of bentonite to produce the organobentonite after 80 min of reaction.5% of the organobentonite was added into 1,2,4-acid wastewater,without adjustment of pH value,absorbed for 1 h at room temperature,the removal rate of COD reached to 75%,saturated adsorption capacity of the organobentonite reached to 500 mg/g.The XRD patterns of CTMAB-bentonite suggest the increasing of spacing of layers of the bentonite.The FTIR results indicate no bonding interaction between CTMAB and the bentonite,and only physical adsorption in action.Organic elemental analytical results demonstrate the increasing of C,N,H elements in the bentonite.
