摘要
[目的]探讨不同炮制方法的淫羊藿对小鼠耐缺氧能力的影响.[方法]采用小鼠常压缺氧模型,测定不同炮制方法的淫羊藿对缺氧小鼠惊觉时间、存活时间和死亡时装置内氧体积分数的影响,并测定给予不同炮制方法淫羊藿后缺氧小鼠血红蛋白含量.[结果]与阴性对照组比较,淫羊藿生药(10 g/kg)和制淫羊藿Ⅱ(10 g/kg)均能明显延长缺氧小鼠惊厥时间及存活时间,死亡时装置内氧体积分数均降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),制淫羊藿Ⅱ还能提高缺氧小鼠血红蛋白含量.[结论]淫羊藿生药及制淫羊藿Ⅱ可增强小鼠耐缺氧能力,其中制淫羊藿Ⅱ的效果更明显.
OBJECTIVE To explore the effects of Epimedium by different steamed methods on hypoxic tolerance in mice.METHODS Using the normobaric hypoxia models,the effects of Epimedium by different steamed methods for the convulsive times,survival times,total oxygen consumption and hemoglobin contents were measured in mice.RESULTS As compared with control group,the convulsions times and survival times were prolonged and the oxygen concentration at death point were degreased by the Epimedium herd and Epimedium Ⅱ,there were significant difference(P0.05,P0.01),and the hemoglobin contents were increased by Epimedium Ⅱ.CONCLUSIONThe Epimedium herd and Epimedium Ⅱ have protective effects on anoxia resistance of mice,especially Epimedium Ⅱ.
