眼袋整复术112例临床分析

Clinical analysis of lower eyelid blephamoplasty in 112 cases

[背景]探讨根据眼袋的不同形成机制选择有效的术式体会.[病例报告]将112例行眼袋整复术者依据眼袋局部不同的形态及临床表现分为3种类型,分别给予皮肤入路经外眦下睑肌瓣提升固定整复、皮肤入路眶隔重置术及穹窿结膜入路眶隔脂肪切除治疗.112例术后均有效去除松驰皮肤和臃肿,未出现下睑外翻及下睑沟凹陷等并发症.[讨论]下睑眼袋整复术术式应以形成机制为基础灵活选择,手术操作应精细.

BACKGROUND To study how to optimize the lower eyelid blephamoplasty according to the style of ptosis.CASE REPORTS112 cases of eyelid blephamoplasty were performed with the approaches of suspending of lower palpebramuscle by lateral canthus pathway,transdermal reconstruction of periorbital region and excision of fat by conjunctiva and fornix pathway.The operations effectively alleviated saggy and over staffed skin without any complication like ectropion and sunken of sulcus palpebralis inferor.DISCUSSIONThe right choice of different approaches of the eyelid blephamoplasty depending on the style of ptosis might be most important to achieve good functional and aesthetic reconstruction.
