去氧孕烯炔雌醇和雌激素治疗90例青春期功能性子宫出血的疗效比较

Comparison of therapeutic effects of desogestrel and ethinylestradio tablets and estrogen in 90 cases of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding

[背景]比较去氧孕烯炔雌醇和雌激素治疗青春期功能性子宫出血的疗效.[病例报告]将2005年1月—2010年6月收治的90例青春期功能性子宫出血患者随机分为治疗组45例和对照组45例,治疗组应用去氧孕烯炔雌醇片,对照组应用戊酸雌二醇片加安宫黄体酮片.经治疗后,治疗组控制出血与完全止血时间均优于对照组(P<0.05).[讨论]应用去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗青春期功能性子宫出血疗效优于传统的雌激素疗法.

BACKGROUND To study the therapeutic effects of of desogestrel and ethinylestradio tablets and estrogen in adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding.CASE REPORTS90 cases of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding treated in clinic were selected from January 2005 to June 2010 were divided randomly into treatment group（45 cases） and control group（45 cases）.Desogestrel and ethinylestradio tablets was administrated in treatment group and estradiol valerate tablets and medroxyprogesterone acetate tablets in control group,and the therapeutic effects were compared between two groups.The times of controlling and stopping bleeding were superior in treatment group than in control group（P0.01）.DISCUSSIONThe therapeutic effect of desogestrel and ethinylestradio tablets for adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding is superior than that of traditional estrogen therapy.
