摘要
针对传统无极绳调车绞车的不足,设计了新型的无极绳调车绞车,用4个螺旋轮带动钢丝绳运动,通过一级蜗轮蜗杆和一级开式齿轮减速。该绞车具有牵引力大,运输距离长,调车系统定位稳定,无需张紧装置,可双向作业等优点。
The new endless-rope shunting winch is designed for the deficiency of traditional endless-rope shunting winch.The rope is diven by four helical wheels,the first reduction uses the worm gear and worm drive and the second level uses the exposed gear meshing.The new endless-rope shunting winch has the characteristics of strong pull,long transport distance,stability shunting system,without tensioning devise and reliable with two-way operation.
