摘要
以直流螺线管式本质安全型电磁铁为研究对象,利用Ansoft maxwell2D/3D软件对电磁铁进行了静磁场、温度场和暂态性能分析。电磁铁的吸力特性曲线比较陡峭。瞬态分析得出动态吸力、衔铁运动速度、电流等变化曲线,保持电流只要大于34mA就能可靠吸合。所得结论也适合于其他的本质安全型电磁铁。
Ansoft maxwell2D/3D software was used to simulate one DC intrinsically safe solenoid-type electromagnet of the static magnetic field,temperature field and the transient performance.First steeper suction characteristic curves were achieved.And also got dynamic force,armature velocity and current curves.The results show that the suction is reliable as long as the maintaining current is more than 34 mA.The conclusions are also suitable for other intrinsically safe electromagnets.
