摘要
为提高采煤机的可靠性,缩短其开发周期,降低设计成本,采用虚拟样机常用软件ADAMS与三维建模软件Pro/E,对采煤机截割部传动系统进行动态仿真分析,在设计阶段找出其中的薄弱环节,并进行调整、改进,对提高采煤机的动态性能及市场竞争力具有较高的实用价值。
In order to improve reliability,reduce time of development and design cost of shearer,the dynamic characteristics of transmission system of the shearing-unit are simulated by the united simulation method of Pro/E and ADAMS,found out the weakness and improved it,so that it can strengthen the transmission system's dynamic properties and improve its market competence.
