摘要
在ADAMS中建立矿用防爆装载机工作装置的模型并进行动力学分析,得出极限工况下动臂上各个铰接点的载荷,然后通过CATIA建立矿用防爆装载机动臂的三维模型,利用CA-TIA软件中的有限元分析模块对动臂进行有限元分析,得到动臂的米赛斯应力图,找到危险点并修改,使动臂受力更加合理,从而提高工作装置的整体性能。
To build the working device's model of mine loader in ADAMS for dynamic analysis,then get loads of all hinge point on the moving arm.Using finite element analysis module in CATIA software to analyse the moving arm of the wheel loader,obtaining the Von Mises stress chart for the moving arm,finding out the risk points of the moving arm and optimizing the dimensions,which made a more reasonable force situation of the moving arm to improve the whole performance of working device.
