确定了浅孔钻内外刀片上各自参加切削的折线刃;分析了折线刃在切削中的受力情况;构建了一种各折线刃受力与其长度成正比,且垂直作用在各切削刃的中部的模型;得到了内外刀片上各折线刃径向力平衡的计算方法,为解决其他类型的浅孔钻径向力平衡问题提供了依据。

Ensure line cutting edge of drill＇s cutting part,analysis forces of short hole drill,regard that forces of all line cutting edges are proportional to their length,and the central role in the cutting edge.Get a kind of calculation method on balance of radial cutting force,provide the basis for resolving balance of radial cutting force problem of other kinds of short hole drills.
