摘要
设计了一种基于PIC单片机的输送带巷道烟雾浓度监测装置。该装置采用PIC单片机16F873A作为核心处理器,完成对输送带巷道的烟雾浓度监测、处理。通过对采集数据的处理、判断,可为带式输送机的安全运作提供可靠的依据。阐述了装置的硬件设计,并给出了系统软件流程图。
Introduced the design on the smoke concentration monitoring device of the conveyor belt tunnel base on PIC microcontroller.The PIC16F873A microcontroller was applied as key processor to complete smoke concentration monitoring and disposal to conveyor belt tunnel.The disposal and judgement on collecting data could provide reliable reference for safety actuation of belt conveyer.Stated hardware design of device and provided flowchart of system software.
