Introduces the designment of early-warning monitoring system for GPRS based on ARM for ability of super strength of super large mine equipment.Microprocessor is used ARM9 EM9161 by Yingchuang company.The Innovation lies in deal with data signal of the overrunning,and sends SMS by GPRS module,and triggers voice alarming.Describes the configuration of the system＇s hardware,software environment of WINCE and so on.
