Bell麻痹60例针刺介入时机的临床研究

A Clinical Study of Opportunity of Acupuncture for Bell's Palsy(A Report of 60 Cases)

目的探讨Bell麻痹针刺介入时机的选择。方法将60例Bell麻痹随机分为治疗组及对照组,每组30例,分别于急性期(发病7 d内)和恢复期进行针刺治疗,观察不同针刺时机的治疗效果。结论治疗前治疗组、对照组症状、体征评分分别为(19.63±3.43)分、(19.60±4.13)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);发病后7、14、28 d治疗组评分分别为(17.23±3.36)分、(10.23±1.81)分、(1.63±1.90)分,对照组分别为(19.80±3.45)分、(12.33±1.97)分、(3.73±3.14)分。发病第7天,治疗组与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),对照组与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);发病第14天,两组与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.01),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);发病第28天,两组与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),两组比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治愈15例,显效14例,有效1例,无效0例,总有效率100%;对照组治愈8例,显效13例,有效6例,无效3例,总有效率为90%,两组间愈显率和总有效率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性期针刺介入治疗Bell麻痹可缩短病程及疗程,提高疗效,无不良反应。

Objective To discuss the opportunity of acupuncture for Bell＇s palsy.Methods 60 patients with Bell＇s palsy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group（30 each）.They were treated with acupuncture during acute and recovery periods respectively,and the treatment effectiveness were observed.Results Before treatment,the scores of symptom and sign in treatment group and control group were 19.63±3.43 and 19.60±4.13 respectively,and there was no significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.On the 7th,14th,and 28th Day,the scores in the treatment group were 17.23±3.36,10.23±1.81 and 1.63±1.90 respectively,but in the control group were 19.80±3.45,12.33±1.97,and 3.73±3.14.On Day 7,the score in treatment group showed significant difference before and after treatment（P0.01）,but there was no significant difference in the control group before and after treatment（P0.05）;On Day 14,the scores in both groups showed significant difference before and after treatment（P0.01,P0.01）,and there was also significant difference between the two groups（P0.01）.On Day 28,the scores in both groups showed significant difference before and after treatment（P0.01）,and there was also significant difference between the two groups（P0.01）.In the treatment group,15 patients were cured,14 had excellent results,1 had effective result,and no one had ineffective result,and the total effective rate was 100%.In the control group,8 patients were cured,13 had excellent results,6 had effective results,3 had ineffective results,and the total effective rate was 90%.There was significant difference in excellent and total effect rates between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Acupuncture in treatment of Bell＇s palsy during the acute period can shorten the acute period and the total treatment course,and improve the effectiveness without adverse reactions.
