摘要 目的探讨术后早期炎性肠梗阻的诊断和治疗。方法回顾分析26例腹部术后早期炎性肠梗阻病人的临床资料。结果 26例病人均采用保守治疗痊愈,平均住院时间为14.1 d。结论对于确诊的术后早期炎性肠梗阻病人,保守疗法为首选治疗方法。 Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of early post-operative inflammatory intestinal obstruction（EPIIO）. Methods A retrospective review of clinical data of 26 patients with EPIIO was done. Results All the 26 patients were cured by non-operative therapy,with a mean hospital stay of 14.1 days. Conclusion For patients confirmed with EPIIO,a conservative therapy should the first choice.
