助剂对浸渍结构胶性能的影响

Effects of assistant agents on performance of dipped structural adhesive

研究了助剂对浸渍结构胶触变性和黏度的影响。通过对15种不同配方试样的试验研究,探讨了流平剂、稀释剂和触变剂对浸渍结构胶黏度、触变性和力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,当主剂和固化剂的比例为2:1;稀释剂的用量为主剂量的15%;流平剂、触变剂的用量分别为主剂和固化剂总量的1%、0.5%;浸渍结构胶在6r/min和60r/min时的黏度分别为7500mPa·s和2100mPa·s,触变指数为3.57,拉伸强度、弯曲强度和压缩强度分别为41.10MPa、68.08MPa和67.37MPa,具有较好的施工性能和力学性能,完全符合建筑结构胶的指标。

The effects of assistant agents on thixotropy and viscosity of dipped structural adhesive were investigated in detail. Fifteen different samples were prepared, and their viscosity, thixotropy, tensile strength, flexural strength, and compressive strength were investigated. Experimental results indicated that when the weight ratio ofmain agent to curing agent was 2 ： 1, levelling agent used was 1% of total amount of the main agent and curing agent, diluent was 15% of the main agent and thixotropy was 0.5% of total amount of the main agent and curing agent, thixotropic index of the structural adhesive reached the maximum 3.57, the viscosity of structural adhesive was 7 500 mPa ~ s in the 6r/rain and 2 100 mPa＇s in the 60 r/rain. Tensile strength, flexural strength and compressive strength of the structural adhesive were 41.10MPa, 68.08 MPa and 67.37 MPa in the7th day, respectively. The structural adhesive exhibits excellent mechanical properties and workability, and the properties of the adhesive are fully consistent with structural adhesive indicators.
