摘要
吡虫啉和啶虫脒是茶叶上使用较多的杀虫剂,为探索同时检测两种杀虫剂在茶叶中的残留方法,采用PSA作吸附剂净化提取液,对PSA用量进行优化,然后用高效液相色谱对提取液进行分析。结果表明:用20 mg/mL PSA对提取液进行2次净化即可除去影响色谱分析的杂质,提取液用液相色谱分析方法的各项效能指标结果均达试验要求,具有良好的回收率和精密度,该方法具有简便、容易操作和成本低的特点,适用于日常检验。
The extract of imidacloprid and acetamiprid purified by PSA was detected by HPLC to determine imidacloprid and acetamiprid residue in tea simultaneously.The results showed that 20mg/mL PSA could remove the impurity affecting chromatographic analysis in the extract after two purifications and the function indexes of the extract analyzed by HPLC all reached test demands.The PSA method with good recovery,high accuracy,conveniency easy operation and low cost can be used in routine inspection of tea.
