红水河长臀鮠的形态生物学研究

Study on Morphological and Biological Properties on Cranoglanis bouderius bouderius from Hongshui River

为长臀鮠形态种质标准和系统分类提供参考资料,对红水河长臀鮠外部形态特征和框架特征进行测量。结果表明,红水河长臀鮠可数性状与史料记载基本一致,遗传性状较为稳定;可量性状全长为体长的1.10~1.23倍,体长为体高的3.63~4.54倍,为头长的3.87~4.75倍,为尾柄长的7.74~15.43倍,为尾柄高的8.0~13.2倍,头长为吻长的2.11~3.0倍,为眼径的9.0~15.5倍,为眼间距的1.78~2.38倍,为口裂宽的3.07~4.80倍,体高为体宽的0.64~1.45倍,肠长为体长的1.19~1.87倍。体重与体长相关的关系式W=0.091 L2.461。肥满度系数K为1.37~2.43,平均2.10±0.38。体长与肠长的线性回归方程y=1.471 2x-0.259 6。

Morphological properties and frame features of Cranoglanis bouderius bouderius from Hongshui River were measured to provide reference for its standard of species morphology and classification.The results indicated that the countable properties of C.bouderius bouderius were in accordance with the historical record,and its hereditary characters were stable.Measurable character total body length was 1.10~1.23 times of body length,body length was 3.63~4.54 times of height,3.87~4.75 times of head length,7.74~15.43 times of caudal peduncle length,and 8.0~13.2 times of caudal peduncle height.Head length was 2.11~3.0 times of snout length,9.0~15.5 times of eye diameter,1.78~2.38 times of interocular distance,3.07~4.80 times of mouth breadth.Height was 0.64~1.45 times of body width,and intestine length was 1.19~1.87 times of body length.The correlation equation of body weight and body length was W=0.091L2.461.Coefficient of fineness K was 1.37~2.43,with average of 2.10±0.38.Linear regression equation of body length and intestinal length was y= 1.4712x-0.2596.
