伤人犬狂犬病病原学检测与分析

摘要 为了解贵州省2009年伤人犬狂犬病病毒感染的情况,采集伤人犬脑组织标本26份,利用直接免疫荧光法(DFA)对脑组织标本进行初筛,阳性和疑似阳性标本再用RT-nested PCR法检测。结果表明,DFA法检测狂犬病抗原有11份呈阳性、1份疑似阳性,阳性率为42.3%(11/26);再经RT-nested PCR法验证,狂犬病毒核酸阳性8份,阳性率为30.8%(8/26)。说明,贵州省伤人犬狂犬病病毒感染率较高,应加强对犬的免疫和管理。 The brain tissue samples collected from 26 dogs attacking human beings were preliminarily screened by the direct immune fluorescent assay,and the positive and suspected-positive samples were further detected by RT-nested PCR to know the infection status of rabies virus in Guizhou.11 positive samples and 1 suspected-positive sample were detected from 26 tested samples and its positive rate was 42.3%.8 positive samples were confirmed by RT-nested PCR and its positive rate was up to 30.8%,which indicates that the rabies virus infection rate of dogs attacking human beings is relatively high and the dog immunization and management should be strengthened in Guizhou.
