河南省土地利用规划修编中相对资源承载力分析

Analysis of Relative Resource Carrying Capacity in Modified Land Utilization Planning in Henan Province

为在新一轮河南省土地利用总体规划的修改过程中处理好人口、经济与土地资源的关系,以促进土地资源利用与经济的可持续发展,借鉴相对承载力研究的相关成果,在促进人口、经济、土地3者协调发展与利用的背景下,对河南省综合承载力与相对土地资源承载力、相对经济发展承载力进行了实例计算,分析了综合承载力与相对承载力的变化趋势,并提出了河南省加强耕地及基本农田保护和提高土地生态环境容量的对策和空间管制措施。

The change trend of the integrated carrying capacity and relative carrying capacity was analyzed by calculating the integrated carrying capacity,relative land resource carrying capacity and relative economic development carrying capacity and using related research achievements under the coordinated growth and utilization background of population,economy and land to promote sustainable development of land resource utilization and economy by rationally dealing with the relationship of population,economy and land resource in modification of Henan general land utilization planning.The countermeasures and space control measures to strengthen protection of farmland and basic cultivated land and enhance land ecological environmental capacity in Henan were put forward in the paper.
