The Construction and Method of Mining Area Sustainable Development Early Warning Mechanism

国内外有关矿区预警的研究方兴未艾,国内外专家、学者关于矿区预警机制的涵义、价值观、地位、作用以及生态文明建设等重要领域开展了卓有成效的研究,并取得了重要的研究成果。但关于矿区生态预警的研究至今尚未形成成熟、系统的理论和方法,矿业的特殊战略地位及当前生态文明研究的重要性,决定了这一领域的理论和方法,具有明显的理论价值和实践意义,并具有相当的研究价值和潜力。鉴于此,本文对预警理论也提出了相关的理论视角,以期丰富该理论的深度。

Domestic and foreign mining early warning is in the ascendant,and foreign experts and scholars on the meaning of mine early warning mechanisms,values,status,function and ecological civilization construction,and other important areas have fruitful research,and has achieved important results.However,research on mine ecological warning has not yet formed a mature and systematic theorie and method,mining of special strategic position and the current ecological civilization and the importance of research to determine the theories and methods in this field,have obvious theoretical and practical significance,and have considerable research value and potential.In view of this,the paper also raised early warning theory relevant theoretical perspectives,in order to enrich the depth of the theory.
