摘要
为了探讨截污措施在河流水质改善方面所起的作用,应用实际监测资料和理论预测,对浐灞河下游段实施截污工程措施以来的水环境质量变化趋势进行了分析。结果表明,截污工程实施后浐河和灞河平均污染指数分别下降了25.12%和43.94%,各水功能区水质得到了提高,主要污染物CODCr、NH3-N和TP的平均截留率分别达到80.95%、40.88%和37.10%,水环境质量得到了明显的改善。因此通过控制点源污染进行污水的集中处理达标排放是加速浐灞河水质改善的较佳途径。
In order to probe into the effect played by sewage interception measures on the improvement of river water quality,the actual monitored data and theoretical predication can be used to analyze the trend of changes in water environment qualities since the sewage interception engineering measures were implemented in the downstream section of the Chanba river.The results show that the mean pollution index decreased by 25.12% and 43.94%,respectively after the implementation of sewage works.Water quality has been improved in each water function zone.The average intercepting rates of CODCr,NH3-N and TP can reach 80.95%,40.88% and 37.10%,respectively.The water environment quality has been obviously improved.For this reason,the intensified concentrated wastewater treatment and acceptable discharge via controlling over point source pollution can be the best way to accelerate the water quality improvement of the Chanba river.
