摘要
对食品级塑料内垫材料中增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP)在四种不同食品模拟物中,随温度、时间变化的迁移特性进行了研究。选用蒸馏水、20%乙醇、4%乙酸、异辛烷为四种食品模拟物,采用GC-FID方法对食品级塑料内垫材料在不同的浸泡液、不同温度和时间下进行了迁移实验。研究结果表明:DEHP的迁移率随浸泡温度的升高、浸泡时间的延长而增大;DEHP在模拟物中的迁移率范围分别为:0.19%~0.68%(蒸馏水)、0.36%~1.37%(20%乙醇)、12.5%~22.0%(异辛烷)。DEHP迁移率从大到小的顺序为:异辛烷、20%乙醇、蒸馏水、4%乙酸。在异辛烷中DEHP的迁移量较大,迁移率最高值为22.0%;4%乙酸对DEHP的溶出作用最小,72个样品中,仅有6个样品检出DEHP,检出率为8.3%。
Migration of Di-2-ethylhexyl phthalate(DEHP) from food-grade plastic inner materials into four kinds of food simulant is studied with the changes in different temperature and times.By using distilled water,20% ethanol,4% acetic acid and isooctane as four kinds of food simulant,GC-FID method is used to test the migration rate of plasticizers DEHP in food-grade plastic materials within the pad soaked in different solvents,at different temperatures and different time.The results show that migration rate of DEHP increases with temperature rising and time prolonging;DEHP migration rate can range from 0.19% to 0.68% in distilled water,from 0.36% to 1.37% in 20% ethanol,from 12.5% to 22.0% in isooctane respectively.Migration rate of DEHP in food simulants are arranged in the following order: isooctane,20% ethanol,distilled water,4% acetic acid.Amount of DEHP migration in isooctane is large,and the maximum of migration rate is 22.0%;4% acetic acid has had the least dissolution in DEHP,among 72 samples,only six samples are detected containing DEHP,the detection rate is 8.3%.
