摘要
目的探讨氯沙坦对糖尿病心肌病患者血浆BNP及CRP变化水平影响。方法研究对象分为糖尿病对照组(30例)和糖尿病心肌病组(30例),并测定血浆BNP及CRP水平;继将糖尿病心肌病组随机分为常规治疗组及氯沙坦治疗组,采取相应治疗,12周后检测其心功能变化及血浆BNP、CRP的水平变化。结果糖尿病心肌病组患者的BNP,CRP明显高于糖尿病对照组(P<0.05),且随心肌病损的加重而增加,呈正相关;氯沙坦治疗组的血浆BNP及CRP水平明显低于常规治疗组(P<0.05),LVEF高于常规治疗组(P<0.01),LVEDd低于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论 BNP与CRP水平升高能作为临床反映糖尿病心肌病变严重程度的血清学指标,而氯沙坦能降低其水平,并改善心功能,显示其对糖尿病心肌病具有较好的疗效。
OBJECTIVE The research was to explore the effect of losartan on Brain Natriuretic Peptide,(BNP)and C-Reactive Protein(CRP)in diabetic cardiomyopathy patients.METHODS The research subjects were randomly divided into diabetic control group(30 cases)and diabetic cardiomyopathy group(30 cases),and the level of BNP and CRP in plasma were determined.Then,next,diabetes cardiomyopathy group were randomly divided into conventional treatment group and losartan treatment group to take appropriate treatment,and changes of cardiac function,and level of BNP and CRP in plasma were detected after 12 weeks.RESULTS The level of BNP and CRP in diabetic cardiomyopathy group were higher than them in diabetic control group(P0.05),increasing with degree of damage of myocardial,which was a positive correlation;The level of BNP and CRP in losartan treatment group were lower than them in conventional treatment group(P0.05),LVEF was significantly higher than it in conventional treatment group(P0.01),and LVEDd was lower than it in conventional treatment group(P0.05).CONCLUSION The increasing level of BNP and CRP could reflect clinical severity of diabetic cardiomyopathy as the serum markers,and losartan can decrease them,and improve heart function,reflecting better effect on diabetic cardiomyopathy.
