尼莫地平联用小剂量阿司匹林治疗偏头痛疗效观察

Chinical observation of Nimodipine combined with low dosage Aspirin on migraine

目的观察尼莫地平与阿司匹林联用对偏头痛的治疗效果。方法将86例偏头痛患者随机分为两组,治疗组给尼莫地平40mg口服,1日3次,同时合用阿司匹林50mg口服,1日3次;对照组只给尼莫地平40mg口服,1日3次。疗程为2个月。结果治疗组总有效率为97.6%,对照组总有效率为76.7%,两者比较差异有高度显著性(P<0.01)。结论尼莫地平联用阿司匹林治疗偏头痛效果满意,该方法治疗偏头痛副作用少,且服用简单,值得推广。

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Nimodipine with low dosage Aspirin on migraine.METHODS Eighty six patients with migraine were randomly divided into two groups.In the treatment group,patients were treated with Nimodipine（40mg）and Aspirin（50mg）three times per day,the including group was only treated with Nimodipine（40mg）three times per day.The course of treatment is two months.RESULTS The total effective rate of the treatment group is 97.6%,compared with the including group,which is significantly more effective on migraine.CONCLUSION We are satisfied with the efficacy of Nimodipine with Aspirin on migraine,this therapy has low side effects and easily taking,it′s well worth to be promoted.
