摘要
目的探讨γ-氨基丁酸A型(GABAA)受体阻断剂Gabazine对小鼠苍白球神经元放电的影响。方法采用细胞外电生理学记录的方法,观察Gabazine对正常小鼠苍白球神经元放电的影响。结果正常小鼠苍白球微量注射Gabazine可以使神经元放电频率明显升高,与生理盐水组相比差异有显著性(t=2.0,P<0.001)。结论 Gabazine可以兴奋正常小鼠苍白球神经元,这为进一步探讨应用苍白球内源性GABAA受体治疗帕金森病提供了一定的理论依据。
Objective To investigate the effect of Gabazine,a gamma-aminobutyric acid A(GABAA) receptor antagonist,on firing activity of neurons of globus pallidus in mice.Methods By using ecto-electrophysiological method,the effect of Gabazine on firing activity of neurons of pallidum in normal mice was observed.Results Microinjection of Gabazine into pallidum of the mice could raise the discharge frequency of the neurons,as compared with the normal saline group,the difference was significant(t=2.0,P0.001).Conclusion Gabazine can stimulate the pallidal neurons of normal mice,this fact provides a theoretical evidence for further investigation of applying pallidal endogenous GABAA receptor in the therapy of Parkinson disease.
