农户农业科技信息需求的优先序及其影响因素分析——来自广东的调查

Farmers' Agricultural Science and Technology Information Demands Precedence and the Influence Factors——Evidence from Guangdong

对广东3个农业生态区312户有效农户的农业科技信息需求的调查显示,在农户的农村信息需求中,农户对与农业生产有关的科技信息最为关心;而在农户农业科技信息需求中,农作物病虫害防治信息和优良品种信息是农户最为关注的信息类型。通过建立这两类信息需求的Logistic模型并进行逐步回归,结果表明,农户个人的文化程度制约着农户对这两类农业科技信息的需求。基于此,建议加强农户的农业教育与培训,强化政府在农户教育培训中的作用,农户教育可尝试实施证书培训,促进农村人口进入非农领域就业。

A survey of the agricultural science and technology information demands of 312 eligible farmers in three agro-ecologieal zones in Guangdong indicates that farmers are mostly interested in the science andtechnology information related to agricultural production and specifically, crops pest and disease control information and fine varieties information. Through establishing the Logistic model and stepwise regression ofthese two types of information demands, the paper shows that farmers＇ education level decides their demands for these two types of information. Thus the paper suggests that agricultural education and training of farmersbe strengthened, the governmental role be consolidated, and certificate training be tried in order to promote the employment of agricultural population in non-agricultural fields.
